Tupy completes 75 years of history and plans a new growth stage. In order to support the daring goals of the biggest foundry in the world, the vice-presidency of Tupy redefined its mission, vision and values and hired Mega Experience Marketing to introduce and incorporate the topic and values to its more than 12 thousand employees spread through its four plants and several offices.
A lot of impact materials and educational actions were developed. In order to incorporate the company’s values (learning stage of each value), a movie was made to show in a simple way how the values can be practiced in day-to-day life. Check out the video!
