CLIF started its logistics operations in May 2014 together with the port of Itapoá, a city in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. However, since 2013, the company has been developing relationship actions with its audience. This is why Mega Experience Marketing created some ads to celebrate the Day of the Customs Clearance Agent, who is an essential partner in the import and export processes of the company. Mega also created ads to pay homage to the anniversaries of the cities of Itapoá and Joinville, as well as institutional ads. The ads were advertised in specialized magazines and newspapers from the state of Santa Catarina.
